Brian joined Summerhill Venture Partners in 2006 from the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Bell Canada Enterprises where he was responsible for the evaluation and structuring of acquisitions, divestitures and strategic equity investments. Brian was involved in transactions aggregating more than Cdn $300M in value.  Previously, Brian worked in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Group where he was involved in a number of financial advisory assignments.  

Brian holds both an MBA and Honors Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business and has obtained his C.F.A. designation.
